SO excited for another season of AI. Did anyone watch on Tuesday when the men performed? specifically when the singer with the dreds (Jason?) sang Hallelujah? I really like that song and have heard several versions.
Simon made a comment about someone's version being his all time favorite....my little one was gabbing and i didn't catch who he said. did anyone get that?

I could not decide... so I am happy with the results. I wanted to see it twice. Once with cook as the winner and one with David A. Geez, what a show. It's my favorite show all time.

Being a huge Archuleta fan, I MUST say that I was overly impressed with how Cook handled himself after he won! He pointed over to Archuleta, and then when he was singing he was hugging Archuleta and stuff. Afterwards, in the interviews, instead of talking like "me me me I won", a lot of times he talked about Archuleta and how talented he is.

Now THAT'S an American Idol! What a "class act" guy! :) And coming from an Archuleta fan as huge as I am, that means a lot!

Well, I guess it's time to start up our AI forum again! :-) Can't wait to start watching American Idol tonight!!! What do you guys think of having another judge? I think they should have kept it at the original 3 but I guess we will see how it goes.

So what you guys think? I thought there was a few guys that were pretty good. I liked both the music teacher guys and the guy that they thought dressed dorky. I was impressed with Karas voice too she sings very well. I thought it was cool Jason Castros brother made it too! :-) Oh yeah I liked the guy that was blind too!

No Nag Nirvana

Yes, wouldn’t that be like heaven? You walk around the house and without saying a word, backpacks, toys and clothes are picked up…dishes are cleared off the table and towels are hung back on the towel rack. Dirty clothes actually go into the dirty clothes basket and you no longer walk into the kitchen to [...]

The Power of Unexpected Kindness

The idea of Door Knob Drops came from my sister, Teri, who lives with her two boys in Moraga, California. One year there were several kids on their street that were graduating from some school or another; sixth grade, eighth grade or twelfth grade. Teri and her boys put together some very simple treats with [...]

What Would You Do?

Last night my boys, Dylan and Travis, were helping me cut out Bingo Boards and put together Bingo Button sacks. It was really late and I was trying to get everything photographed for this first Five in One Family Fun email. Normally they go to bed by 9:15 but it was 9:30 and I hadn’t [...]
