A little bit about me:

I'm a mom to two, and I'm a consultant with Thirty-One Gifts (www.mythirtyone.com/bethreed). We offer beautiful and unique purses, bags, backpacks, home decor, etc. Most of our items can also be personalized with your name, initials or message. I adore the products, both using them and sharing them. I am also with a company called Efusjon (www.myefusjon.com/hurricane) which offers the world's first healthy energy drink. You get the boost you need to get through the day without the chemical additives or the painful crash and burn later.

Family members – names/ages/interests:

DH - Perry, 41, flying, SCUBA diving, reading, writing, hockey
DS - Owen, 7, sports, video games, reading, math, Transformers
DD - Nicole, 6, cheerleading, gymnastics, Bratz, Barbies, Scooby Doo

My favorite childhood memory:

Visiting my maternal grandparents in the summer. It was the only time of the year I really got to hang out with my cousins, as my mom was the only one of the kids who moved away from her parent's town.

My favorite family tradition:

Every Christmas morning my dad would make his special coffee cake. It was the only time of the year that we would have it, and it was delicious. We weren't allowed to go downstairs to the tree/presents to see if Santa had come until after breakfast was over. It would drive me crazy but it really built up a lot of suspense that morning. Now that my dad has passed away, I make that coffee cake myself on Christmas morning for my mom and my family.

I think it is called Northern Lights or something like that now) then got married and away the army took us. So, he is retiring and my boys and I are moving back this summer so they can start school . My mom-in-law lives off 24th south of ybor, My brother-in-law lives in Riverview. I know New Tampa is very new since I've seen it. It was just getting to be "new" when we left.
We are planning to buy a house when the boys and I get down there, after staying with my mom-in-law to find out where we want to be. I'll just be glad to be back. I taught in the Hillsbourogh school district for years, but I know the schools are probably pretty different now. I have freiends who still teach though. I really just want to get down there to check it all out. What school do your boys go to? Do you like it?
