A little bit about me:

I am a licensed real estate and loan consultant in the state of California. Since the economic downturn in early 2007, I have focused my time on assisting homeowners who have home loan modification needs. To date, I have helped hundreds of families save their home, and improve their overall financial situation. At the TLM Foundation, we work side by side with homeowners and their mortgage lender to do everything we can to help save their home by working with their lender to adjust the terms of their mortgage loan so their new monthly payment is one they can afford.
We guarantee that we will provide a free consultation to any homeowners who have with questions on the loan modification process and to see if they would be a strong candidate for a modification. Unlike other companies, we do not charge any fees until you are actually approved for a loan modification by your lender.
