Hey Christa, Yeah our anniversary is June 17, you guys got married the day before us. You must have gotten married on Friday, because we got married on Saturday of 2000. Terry told Levi this at church one day, and Levi told him 'Yeah, but we're winning because we have one more kid'.

oh, forgot to add...I LOVE your slide show. It's so precious. The beach pictures are my favorite. I don't know how to do that yet. I will have to wait and "hire" my son. He helps his technology challenged mom on these issues.

I just did it really quick last night, so I haven't had time to set my page up, but this is really neat!

Profile Information

A little bit about me:
I am blessed to be able to stay home with my three children: Garrison, 4, Mattie, 2, and Gavin, 1. Our home is crazy and fun and full of life! My husband Levi is a pastor which also makes me "the preacher's wife." I love supporting him and our church. We love doing things with our children, traveling, and hanging out together.
Family members – names/ages/interests:
Levi: hubby, preacher, dad, soon to be a Dr., t-ball coach, all around fun guy
Garrison, 4 years old, T-ball player, loves to ride his arctic cat, great big brother, loves to wrestle with dad
Mattie: 2 years old, full of life, loves to sing, likes to sit and cuddle, knows more words than any other two year old!
Gavin: 1 year old, won't be left behind- walking and getting into everything. Eats like an animal and makes the biggest mess! A real sweetheart with big eyes that will make you melt.
My favorite childhood memory:
I loved going to my grandparents' house to visit in the summer. They treated us like we were so special- taking us places, going to Sonic in the jeep without a top, swimming, riding motorcycles. We thought their house was the best!
My favorite family tradition:
We're still forming traditions in our family, but I love birthdays. I love to have fun parties centered around that child's favorite things at the time to make them feel so special. Garrison's was a fire-house birthday at the fire house and Mattie's was a bubble birthday- she loves bubbles! Gavin's 1st birthday was a goldfish party since all one year olds eat at least a bag of goldfish everyday. I love to look at their birthday books and see how they've grown and the kind of party they had each year to represent them.
My favorite family moment:
When the older kids came in to the hospital room to see Gavin after he was born. Priceless!

No Nag Nirvana

Yes, wouldn’t that be like heaven? You walk around the house and without saying a word, backpacks, toys and clothes are picked up…dishes are cleared off the table and towels are hung back on the towel rack. Dirty clothes actually go into the dirty clothes basket and you no longer walk into the kitchen to [...]

The Power of Unexpected Kindness

The idea of Door Knob Drops came from my sister, Teri, who lives with her two boys in Moraga, California. One year there were several kids on their street that were graduating from some school or another; sixth grade, eighth grade or twelfth grade. Teri and her boys put together some very simple treats with [...]

What Would You Do?

Last night my boys, Dylan and Travis, were helping me cut out Bingo Boards and put together Bingo Button sacks. It was really late and I was trying to get everything photographed for this first Five in One Family Fun email. Normally they go to bed by 9:15 but it was 9:30 and I hadn’t [...]
