A little bit about me:

I am an Independent Consultant living in Clyde, North Carolina with my husband and our daughter, Laurel. In addition to being a OUAF Consultant, I am a Licensed Psychologist and I do some work for a local private practice. My husband is a Film and Video Production student at the local community college.

My favorite childhood memory:

1983, the year my sister and I received Cabbage Patch Kids for Christmas. We were so excited!

My favorite family tradition:

Each year my father's family would get together after church on Easter Sunday at my Grandma Ketchem's house and have dinner together then an Easter egg hunt in Grandma's front yard. The first round consisted of adults hiding the eggs for the kids and then the kids would hide them for the adults to hunt.

My favorite family moment:

Dinners at my Grandma Ketchem's when we would gather and just tell stories and play board games or put together a jigsaw puzzle.

This one shows the curl right in the middle of her forehead and the old nursery rhyme was never truer of any child more than it is of Laurel!
